This page describes the general VideoCare workflow. Specific work, pricing, taxes, timelines and obligations are set out in an individual proposal or agreement. An enquiry is not an automatic paid order.

Services

Reels, short promotional clips and social videos are edited from client-supplied footage. Longer footage can be repurposed into short clips by agreement. Projects are coordinated by Martynas Butkus.

Pricing and scope

The €15 starting price per video applies to simpler edits and is not a guaranteed rate for every job. Pricing depends on volume, raw footage, length, subtitles, animation and other requirements. The final price, tax treatment and payment terms are confirmed before work starts. Additional work is performed only after agreement.

Revisions and deadlines

Revision rounds, review process and delivery date are specified in the quote. Changes to the original brief or new footage require agreement on extra time and cost. Unlimited revisions or a uniform deadline for all projects are not promised.

Footage and usage rights

The client supplies material they may lawfully use and share for editing and approves required text and offers. Music, graphics, likenesses and other usage rights are agreed for the project. Portfolio publication requires separate agreement; ordering does not automatically authorise public use of private files.

Files and results

Final files, format and editable-project delivery are agreed before work. Additional versions and source projects are not automatically included unless the proposal states otherwise. Views, sales and advertising performance are not guaranteed. Cancellation, liability and mandatory consumer rights follow the agreement and applicable law.
