Data controller

Martynas Butkus, Kaunas, Lithuania. Privacy enquiries: info@videocare.lt.

Contact enquiries

The form collects your name or company, email, editing service and message, plus optional video volume and website or footage link. The details are used to respond and prepare a quote. Processing is based on steps requested before a contract; legitimate interest in responding may also apply to business enquiries. The form acknowledgement is not marketing consent.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the private WordPress admin inbox and may be sent to VideoCare by email. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Non-customer enquiries are moved to Trash after 12 months; WordPress handles final Trash deletion. Email, backups, contracts and accounting records have separate retention cycles. Hostinger provides website hosting; email and file-sharing services are considered according to actual use.

Videos and project files

Work examples are served from this website’s hosting without third-party video embeds. Footage transfer, access, usage rights and project-file retention are agreed before work. Do not make private footage public merely to request a quote; sharing a file link in the form is optional.

Technical data and cookies

Hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses, times and technical events for operation and security. Form protection uses a short-lived IP hash. This plugin does not activate advertising or analytics tracking. WordPress may use essential cookies for sign-in and administration. Language is selected through the URL.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability. Contact me using my email address. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate. VDAI ↗

Policy updates

Before activating analytics, advertising cookies or new data integrations, this policy must be updated and consent requirements assessed. Project data handling is agreed separately.
